I’m Jess—a therapist and a fellow traveler navigating the twists and turns of life. While I've dedicated well over a decade to studying and practicing mental health (with the receipts to prove it! :P), what truly sets me apart is my personal journey.
I've sat on the therapy couch myself, experiencing the raw vulnerability of the ugly cry week after week. I understand the resentment towards parents, the overwhelm of adulting, and the doubt if the tears would ever cease.
But I can also assure you: it does get better!
