I’m Jess — therapist, mom, and someone who knows what it’s like to be the person everyone else relies on… while feeling overwhelmed behind the scenes.

Before I was a therapist, I was a client — showing up week after week, trying to understand why I could “handle everything” on the outside but still feel anxious, drained, and stuck on the inside.

I know the overthinking.

The pressure to keep it all together.

The quiet fear that maybe this is just how life feels.

But it’s not.

Therapy didn’t change me into a different person — it helped me understand how my brain and nervous system actually work, so I could stop fighting myself and start working with myself.

That’s the lens I bring into my work now — especially with clients who are high-functioning, capable, and still struggling in ways that don’t always make sense from the outside.
