Welcome in, I'm Jessie,
And I've been right where you are now...
Feeling overwhelmed by life and tired of pretending it's all smooth sailing. I understand the moment when you realize that despite wanting to handle everything alone, there comes a time when we all need (or want!) some assistance.
Let me share something with you. Assistance is here, and...
You don't have to face it solo.
If you're anything like me, you were the one in class who tackled the whole group project, the one always trying to keep the peace in your relationships, and the employee who took on extra tasks even when stretched thin.
Seeking support might feel unfamiliar, but...
Believe me, you're worthy of it.
Not because you've toiled tirelessly (although I'm sure you have!) No, it's because we all deserve peace within the life we’re living. This is your moment to receive support, care, and guidance towards inner understanding and joy.

You’ve survived for long enough!
Let's embark on this journey together towards healing and growth.

How my practice got started
San Francisco Public School Head Counselor
Post grad school I spent eight years as a School Counselor in SF public schools -a wild, rewarding ride. I worked with an incredibly diverse mix of students, families, and staff—offering support, guidance, and advocacy every step of the way. Juggling the needs of 850+ students while navigating the ever-changing school system wasn’t always easy, but it was deeply fulfilling. Seeing students' resilience and the way the community came together made it all worth it. Those years shaped my passion for wellness work, and I’ll always be grateful for the experience.
Independent Private Practice
After years in the mental health world, I realized one thing—I wanted more independence. As a second-time mom navigating the chaos of COVID, returning to my school counseling job just didn’t feel right. I craved the freedom to do meaningful work on my own terms, so in 2021 I took the leap and started my private practice. For me, independence isn’t just about working for myself—it’s about trusting my instincts, growing in my own way, and helping others do the same.
Day- Dreaming of a Wellness Center
As a therapist, I dream of creating a wellness center that goes beyond traditional therapy—a space where healing happens on every level. I imagine a place where therapy blends with somatic bodywork and other services, offering a full mind-body approach to well-being. My goal is to one day build a communal space that supports people in a truly holistic way, helping them heal, grow, and feel their best.
My Practices’ Core Values
GROWTH
I'm convinced that we all possess an inherent drive and capacity for growth. Even if you feel like you haven't "made progress this week," you're still evolving.
WHOLENESS
You're wonderful and deserving just as you are, no need for fixing or patching up. My job is to help you understand and appreciate every part of yourself.
MINDFULNESS
Being non-judgmentally present in the moment is central to all aspects of my life—as a person, a therapist, and a business owner.
INDIVIDUALITY
I deeply respect that you're on your own unique journey. Even if I don't always agree with you, I'll still respect your choices. At the end of the day, it's all about you feeling empowered to be your true self.
CONNECTION
Your mind, body, and spirit are intertwined, and addressing one aspect without the others would impede complete healing.
INCLUSIVITY
Everyone deserves equal access to healing and respect. My practice welcomes people of all genders, sexual orientations, ages, races, abilities, and socioeconomic statuses.

It's really about you.
All the talk about my qualifications? It's just to assure you that I've got what it takes to support you. Sharing my values? It's to make sure we're on the same page about healing. And my personal history? It's so you can see if I can relate to what you're going through.
So, set aside everything you've learned about me &
Turn your attention to yourself.
Take a moment to check in. How does it feel? Do you sense a connection? Do you feel understood in your struggles and aspirations? If so, embrace those emotions. It's okay to feel a mix of hope, excitement, and nervousness.
Mixed feelings are completely normal.
